1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

• Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item is damaged or defective, or if the wrong item has been shipped.

• Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging with all tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Products that have been customized or altered

• Items purchased during a sale or promotional event

• Innerwear or blouses (for hygiene reasons)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at ramsonsestore@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description.

2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.

3. If approved, we’ll arrange for a reverse pickup or guide you on how to return it.

4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll initiate a replacement or issue store credit/refund.

4. Refunds

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit, as per your preference.

• Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect.

5. Exchanges

• If the size or item received is incorrect, we will send a replacement (subject to availability).

• Exchanges for style or color preferences are not allowed unless due to our error.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
