Simply browse our website, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details and complete payment to confirm your order.

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.

Delivery timelines are:

  • Kerala: 2–4 business days

  • South India: 3–5 business days

  • Rest of India: 5–8 business days

Shipping updates and tracking details will be shared with you once the order is dispatched.

We’re sorry! Please email us at ramsonsestore@gmail.comwithin 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged/wrong item. We’ll arrange a return or replacement promptly.

Yes! We take pride in offering authentic Kerala traditional wear, many of which are handcrafted by local artisans using high-quality fabrics and finishes.

Currently, we do not offer stitching or customization online. For in-store options, please visit our physical store.

  • Hand wash or dry clean only

  • Do not bleach or tumble dry

  • Iron on low heat

  • Store in a cotton or muslin cloth to maintain fabric and zari quality

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. You must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the product. For full details, please refer to our Return Policy.

Ramsons clothings are available in all leading clothings stores in Kerala. Our products are also available in select stores pan India. 

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and get exclusive offers.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can also log in to your account to view order status and tracking details.

You can request an address change before the order is shipped by contacting our support team. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.
