1. Delivery Locations

We offer delivery services across India and internationally.

International orders may be subject to additional shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes or other charges applicable in the destination country.

Any such charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

2. Delivery Timeline

Our estimated delivery timelines are:

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier availability, weather, public holidays, customs clearance and other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

For the first two months, shipping is offered free for domestic orders, as applicable to the offer.

After the initial two-month period, applicable shipping charges may be added to the order.

International shipping is chargeable.

The applicable shipping charge, where applicable, will be communicated or displayed during the checkout process.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful confirmation of payment and order details.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the relevant shipping or tracking information where tracking is available.

5. International Orders

International customers should note that:

Import duties, customs fees and local taxes may apply.
